Try this simple virus fighting broth recipe to fortify yourself during cold & flu season.
INGREDIENTS: 4 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms 1/2 Burdock Root, sliced 1/2 Daikon Radish with leaves, sliced 1 Carrot, sliced Soak sliced mushrooms in water for 1 hour. Add all ingredients to soup pot - including the soaking water from the mushrooms. Add just enough water to cover all ingredients. Cover & simmer for 1 hour. Don't boil! Strain broth before serving. You may also add a large dropper full of Usnea or Echinacea tincture to broth before serving for an extra immune boost!
