Unwanted Facial Hair on Children

My daughter is 7 years old and has slight hair on the upper lip. I wish I had used gram flour on her skin when she was a baby as I have read and heard doing this earlier removes hair permanently. I was wondering would this still be effective if I was to try this out now? The process involves mixing gram flour, turmeric and water in to a paste and apply to skin and rub of when it dries. Does anyone know if it is OK to use this method and an older child?

Leave Facial Hair on Children Alone

No, its the same as waxing. My mum tried the same thing when i was a baby and when i was a little older, it didnt work! Try alum powder and rose water paste, its ment to minimise hair, although she is so young right now maybe its best to leave it (most products/remedies can damage her delicate skin), it will fall out and if it doesnt she can wax or tread when she is older. I has laser surgery when i was 18 (i have no hair there now), and started waxing at the age of 12.
