Relieve Stress and Anxiety and replace with Euphoria and Relaxation

If only stress were a person, I'd be stress free because I'd be in jail for the rest of my life for murder.

As a current student in college I have had a hard time coping with stress. During high school, I made straight A's, the assignments were simple and the living easy.

Now that I'm in college, I'm barely holding a B, completing work that takes me hours to finish, compiled with the hours of time I have to spend every night studying to barely pass the incredibly difficult tests that are given once a week. To be honest, jail seems an almost preferable option if it wasn't for the food I hear is terrible.

And the more stressed I get, the more difficult the assignments are to complete. I could no longer relax and work on something at my own pace. I looked online and the only solutions offered were things like mediation and exercise. I get done with classes around 3, do homework until 5, go to work until 12 then study until 1 or 2. I bI had no time!/b These are great if you can actually concentrate and complete them at a normal scheduled time (which I couldn't with how I was feeling). I began to gain anxiety too, for the first time. I can finally sympathize with my parents.

Finally, I found out about these herbal remedies online. Most of them turned out to be just companies selling capsules and such that you would take like vitamins to increase concentration and reduce anxiety and stress. :) they didn't work :-( it took some digging to finally find the less renowned plants, but it was worth it.

I'm not talking about buying illegal drugs online such as prescription medication (btw if that's possible someone link me please lol jk) I found plants that actually binduce euphoria and clear the mind, creating feels of relaxation and comfort/b I wont say that it's the same thing as exercising everyday to relieve stress (highly recommended btw) but certainly is the simplest method I found online to relieve my stress and anxiety during specific times I needed it the most, such as before a test or when trying to sleep. drinking the tea made out of the leaves actually created the effects that said were going to happen

i dont want it to seem like im advertising this. im not. but i noticed that not many people (no one here) writes about managing there stress with herbal remedies, when they are possibly the easiest ways to get it done. i mean, the clearing of the head feels just like meditation and the relaxing feelings are just like getting a massage. all from drinking a cup of tea. so basically i just wanted to post something about herbal remedies because it truly is a great cheap way to relieve tension that deserves attention.
