Pain

I had to have neck surgery and been in much pain. This has been since 2005. The only thing that can relieve the muscle tension and tightness is Valium. The doctor will not continue to prescribe that to me and I am looking for an herb to help me. It will get so tight and draw up in a knot that it becomes very painful. The pain shoots down my arm and down my shoulder and becomes swelled up. It gets where I can't even lift up my arm and use it.
