Nice Pineapple Peels/Lemon Grasss/Lime Juice

by SHAKESPEARE DZOKOTO

This is one of the best combinations to help you feel refreshed and be able to freely pass urine to clear the system. It is good for those who find it difficult drinking water when they are attacked by malaria fever or are recovering from it. I go through this experience any time I develop malaria fever.

I normally drink alot of water but on one occasion I was attacked by malaria fever and found it extremely difficult to drink water. I decided to formulate a concoction with the following: Pineapple Peels from one sizeable pineapple, 1 medium lime and about 500g of lemon grass.

Process: Water of about 1.5 litres is put on a stove. You wash the pieapple peels, lemon and fever grass and put it into the water when it is about boiling. Allow to boil for about 5 minutes and put off the stove. Serve warm (not hot). Drink as much as you can. I drank about a litre and consumed the 0.5 litre after about 4 hrs. Interestingly I realised after sometime that when I feel feverish and drink this concotion I feel very relieved. I recommended this to other guys who gave me thumbs up. Please try it and you will understand what I am talking about.
