Need Help For Anxiety

I've been a long-time sufferer of severe anxiety and panic attacks (since I was 11 and I'm 51) so I've tried just about everything they make!!! Recently, I've been taking Xanax and it's very helpful! But, it's also a drug so the doctor is getting uncomfortable with giving me any more. I used to use alot of herbs but it's been quite awhile and some things I had allergic reactions to, like valerian, chamomile, tryptophan, and amino acids. So, long story short...I am now using Rescue Remedy (which I've used before - it's ok), Oat Seed (which I've never used) and Kava Kava (which I've yet to try). WILL THIS HELP ME? I DON'T WANT TO START FREAKING OUT HERE!

Help for Panic/Anxiety Attacks
by: Anonymous

Thank God for Xanax! Panic attacks need to be treated with proper medication. Left untreated they become worse. Find a health professional that deals with Panic and anxiety disorder. You will/may be on xanax or a like medication for your lifetime. I truly thank God for finding help in dealing with this disorder. Unless you have this disease you have no idea what it is like. If you do, do not waste another second. Most people suffer afraid that they are going crazy and do not get the help that is out there. There is help, do not be affraid to ask for it.
