I have used oregano oil from No. American & GNC since 12/02. It is good for virus infections & (I am told) shingles. I started to have high blood pressure & am using apple cider vinegar + garlic. So far (less than 1 month), it has not worked much. The bottom is 100 to 125, the top is 175 to 225. I don't go to doctors or take prescriptions. I take vitamins & minerals in supplements. However, I don't know how much is in the pills, even with the dose on the bottle. I feel I have blocked vessels in the neck or head because I see the vessels in both temples raised up all the time. I keep looking on web sites for info about health & cures from "natural substances." Much that is written about is not found locally in Little Rock, Ar. Perhaps else where it is not so backward. Keep the info flowing on web sites; for it is the only place to find this info anywhere.

High Blood Pressure Help with Vitamin C

James, some plaque/high blood pressure tips to try if your not using them already. Vitamin C in larger doses 2000 mg start lower and work up. Can cause diarrhea, so back off if this happens. Lower your cholesterol by eating oatmeal-preferably natural everyday. The vitamin c therapy has worked wonders for my husband.
