I had a knee injury about 5 years ago and I treated it several times. But every time I started playing football again, the knee would sift from the boll and I would not be able to fold it. It'll now be swelling up for about 2 weeks and it'll be painful. Please what is the solution because I want to play football and pls, reply to me on this e-mail.

Knee Pain

First it should be understood pain is a symptom and you should seek to address the underlying issue. Taking a pain &/or anti-inflammatory will provide temporary relief. However, I think an herbal compound directed toward the concerns of "Connective Tissue" would be a good starting point toward addressing the underlying issue. additionally, lite to moderate (progressive) therapeutic exercising should help also. For temporary pain try a lineament of cayenne, myrrh, frankincense infused in 80 to 100% vodka. You can contact me at ramon@sustenanceofnature for more

This Might Help

You could try tying a leaf of the plant Calotropis gigantea, if it grows in your area, over your knee, for about one hour every day for some weeks.
You can see its picture here:

It helps in reducing pain and swelling through its natural healing effect.

I don't know about herbal help, but I know that yoga can greatly help with almost any problem with your joints. You'd have to stay on the drugs for awhile, and use the yoga as physical therapy.
