I need help!!!!

I was sent to this site by a friend that told me someone maybe able to help in my situation, It isn't pleasant and something I thought I would NEVER be looking into but I feel I have no choice and I want to talk to someone that knows what they are doing instead of just trying it on what I have looked up myself, I know nothing about Herbs on my own, I was beaten and raped... I have been going through counsling and have been very ill I naturally thought all the sickness and cramping was due to the trama that I continue to try to handle every min. of everyday. but after a follow up visit to the Dr. I was told that I am pregnant...... This I can not handle.... I know their are Herbs that I can do this safely at home and this is what I want to do, I feel exposed enough... I just want this over, can ANYONE Help me about what I need to get and how much to take, I just want to do this a natural way... I am 32yrs. old and my weight is 128 pounds if that helps.... I know what I want to do, I have thought of all the alternatives, PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me!!!!
