Herbal Remedies for Pets

Our dog Charlie is an 11 year old Collie cross Alsatian and one of the most beautiful, intelligent and gentle dogs I have ever had the pleasure of sharing a space with. He is still in the physical prime of life and has no inner physical problems. The problem is his skin, he has a hereditary condition (Colourant Alopecia) that causes every hair of a certain color fall out and also causes him to have very very sensitive skin. For instance to a normal dog fleas are a minor irritation and a nuisance to their human companions; they are also relatively easy to get rid of. However, when even one flea/mite/ any other parasite gets anywhere near Charlie his skin gets inflamed and itches so much that in certain areas he scratches so much the skin gets torn and bleeds. We usually give him a medicine called 'Stronglhold' and this will generally kill anything that lives in his skin but is quite harsh on his internal system. Because of this I am interested to know if there are any herbal remedies/baths/ingredients that would be suitable for him and if there is any plant that would be very dangerous to him. If anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative,

What to do for Charlie

Hi part 2,

I wanted to add the harsh medicine will hurt the liver and kidneys. I would use herbal remedy and look up the ingredients. I would of spent over 1000.00 for tumor on his tail which by the blood stream formula went away slowly 3 months. The skin I put Sliver colloidal outside only. You can use apple cider vinegar mixed with water, and aloe vera gel. That is all nature which the body knows what to do with adding more toxin that is harsh will kill the infection and good bacteria as will. It will kill off the PH system and something else will come from the medicines. The cough I figure was his paws had a skin condition with fungal and swallow it and then the lung had the bacteria. The vet did not know what it was and want to do image x-ray 350.00 that just to see if there was cancer. The vet said that I need to give my dog antibiotic for cleaning his teeth and one big shot now 25.00 and pills for 10 days. I said no, and gave him the infection formula you guess it Dr. J Christopher. The herbal formula are about 10.00- 15.00 a bottle and last sometime 1-2 months. It save on money, more important less pain and suffering for the dog. Learning to connect the dots and figuring each illness the body works together. I think once I have the diabetes under control, Saylor who is 11 years old will last long, long time. I hope the best for you and your journey. Tell me how it works for you.

Skin Care Inside and Out

Hi,

My Dog Saylor had all kinds of skin issued dued to having his spleen taken out. They said he would of die then. The vets are not always right and said he would live 6 month to a year long if I did the operation which I did. He has now lived 3 years. I figure that the spleen is your second blood cleansing and because of that the toxins could not leave the body as fast as it should. This caused bacteria to grow on the skin. I used milk thistle for the liver which is good for the skin. I used vitamin E and fish oil for the skin too. I used "Blood Stream formula" to clean the blood or act as the spleen would. He had a tumor on his tail vet wanted to cut out. No way I gave him the Blood stream forumla by Dr John Christpher and it clear up. He had a cough that would not go away. I used Dr. John Christopher Lung and bronc. formula and clear up after 3 months. He started siezures about 3-4 times a month. I used Dr John Christopher Anti spasmodic it works on contact. This secondary and have not able to stop it. I started to realize he drinks alot of water and eats alot at times. I started to think he has on set to diabetes. The symptom match what is happening the siezure is the high sugar level in dog's system not able process it throw fast enough. I realize it is the food. I use organic food and can wet food. I have found an answer to his health problems. Like with anything else proact and keeping up will save you money and dog having a good life. I hope this has help you in some way. Skin problems connect to the liver not processing toxin. The meaning of allergy is the immune system is breaking down, Dr J Christopher has a immune formula which will build up the immune system to fight off bacteria. I would suggest herbal parasite cleanse, and milk thistle to start with. I would then get herbal product to bulid the immune system up. If the dog has used antibotic, probotic has to be used to bring back the good bacteria or flora. It's a learning and caring is fun and less expensive with herbal remedy. Do not get vaccine for dogs that come in combinations, it can cause illness for the dog later in life with a weak immune system.
