Hemorrhoid Relief

If suffering from hemorrhoids w/o relief from over the counter remedies, try the following: Use 12-15 fresh cranberries, microwave for about 10 seconds, remove, mash w/ fork till pulpy, add a couple drops of lemon juice and a dash of salt, make a small poltice using a soft cloth (such a a t-shirt) tuck in place and secure w/ a self adhesive kotex (to prevent staining of clothing, sheets) and wear to bed, repeat as needed, but you should get relief after first use. I would appreciate any input from those who try this remedy.
