Dandelion Sesame Sautee Recipe

Dandelion Sesame SauteeServes 4

2 TB Olive Oil

1 TB sesame oil

3 cloves minced garlic

1 medium carrot, grated

1 1/2 cups sweet corn

4 cups washed dandelion greens, chopped into postage stamp size.

1/4 cup water or stock

1 tsp Tamari

2 TB sesame seeds

Heat oil and sauteed garlic in a heavy skillet over medium heat.Add carrot, corn, dandelion greens and water or stock. Simmer10-15 minutes. Toss in tamari and sesame seeds.
