Ho She Wu Polygonum multiforum (Cornbind Family)

Preliminary studies have shown He Shou Wu to be useful in reducing serum cholesterol and reducing insomnia.

This herb has also been studied for its effectiveness in countering the tuberculosis bacillus.

It is also thought to be useful in treating high blood pressure and insomnia.

Available in capsules, tinctures and tablets.

CAUTIONS: The unprocessed root can cause skin rashes and diarrhea and should not be used.
