Birch Betula (Birch Family)

This herb has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and diuretic properties that have been used traditionally to heal sores and relieve pain.

Birch is also useful for skin rashes, hair loss, arthritis, bladder infections, cellulite, and warts.

Birch leaves are used medicinally in teas and skin washes.
