Butcher's Broom Ruscus aculeatis (Lily Family)

This herb is known for its cleansing properties and ability to reduce urine retention.

Traditionally broom has been used for treating bladder infections, carpal tunnel syndrome, hemorrhoids, swollen ankles and varicose veins.

The aerial parts and roots are used medicinally as tablets, capsules and creams.

CAUTIONS: Do not combine with use of MAO inhibitors.
